favorite movie of 2012

I was an awkward Suzy looking for her Sam Shatusky.

"Warm, whimsical, and poignant,
the immaculately framed and beautifully acted Moonrise Kingdom
presents writer/director Wes Anderson
at his idiosyncratic best. "

Well, I definitely identified with Sam.

Oh. My. GOSH! This was one of my very favorite movies EVER! We have watched it 3 times in a month--it's just so quirky and hilarious. I love so many parts of this movie. I'm glad you liked it as much as I did. :)

Hi Lin!!!

I've watched it twice - and could watch it again. Which is saying a lot because generally I don't like to re-read books or see movies more than once! But this movie ... I loved everything about it - especially the love story 'cause I'm a romantic at heart. It made me laugh out loud and re-affirmed my belief that love conquers all. Of all the movies I've watched this year, this will be the one that stays with me.

Happy New Year, Lin!

This was a very good movie! Wes Anderson.....even if you didn't know he directed it, you would know he directed it.
